Evo Transportation is an environmentally focused logistics services provider for the United States Postal Service and other customers. As the fastest growing and second largest provider to the USPS, the company operates a fleet of 1300 trucks and over 1700 employees. Part of our fleet consists of tractors fueled by compressed natural gas offering flexible and efficient solutions across 43 states.

We are looking for a highly motivated driver recruiter to add to our national team. Our recruiters proactively reach out and engage all leads, applicants, and previous contacts to fulfill our operational needs. Answering incoming calls and inquiries from various sources while adhering to company guidelines and criteria are paramount in our process to recruit safe professional drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews on the phone and in-person

• Qualify or reject candidates based on company hiring/compliance guidelines by gathering information and reports during the interview process

• Serve as a contact person for all applicants nationwide

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future openings

• Attend daily and weekly meetings related to recruitment

• Effectively utilize the applicant tracking system (Tenstreet experience a plus) and Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Word)

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruiting goals

• Must have exceptional organization skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work with Operations, Human Resources, Safety, and Support Staff to ensure the EVO mission is at the forefront of day-to-day business

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's Degree Preferred)

• Previous Transportation Experience (Recruiting and Dispatch Preferred)

• Knowledge of understanding of DOT and FMSCA regulations

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Customer Service or Call Center Experience a plus in lieu of transportation experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
