Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Open and close front desk, checking voice messages, recording recruiting study line information daily, set-up start of study paperwork for distribution.
  2. Participate in recruiting desk coverage.
  3. Photocopy study packet sheets.
  4. Interview new panelists, informing them about how to become a successful study participant.
  5. Review new subject profiles, phone/photo release, and HIPAA forms and assign CRL ID# to panelists, and issue CRL photo ID.
  6. Communicate to new panelists how to find a study including explanation of inclusion/exclusion criteria, how to read the website and panelist study packet.
  7. Operate telephone lines to recruit panelists and to transfer calls.
  8. Review and comprehend RFR's (Requests for Recruitment) upon receipt from CRL departments.
  9. Management of assigned panels, ensuring full recruiting status.
  10. Ability to work with others in a friendly and cooperative manner.
  11. Utilize and maintain all recruiting technology (e.g. database, telephones, voice message system, computers, autodial, and datacard photos).
  12. Organize and file paperwork as necessary.


Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Able to perform light computer work
