The successful Program Management Specialist will:

  • Assist in annual, quarterly, and ad hoc planning and strategy to define and iterate the marketing program
  • Contribute to blogs and white papers
  • Conduct market research to provide competitive analysis and recommend program improvements
  • Help identify organic and paid methods of expanding the product's share of voice by analyzing sales and marketing activities and recommending additional strategies
  • Manage tracking and accountability for marketing deliverables across teams (sales, ops, product, marketing) for blog, white paper, webinar, sales deck, sales collateral, press releases, case studies, and other content
  • Provide and apply analysis to improve program effectiveness and promotional tactics
  • Track KPIs and ROI and analyze success of all marketing programs and initiatives
  • Perform web analytics analysis (SEO & site analytics) in conjunction with the digital marketing team
  • Track leads generated through marketing programs
  • Ensure governance of content calendar
  • Help with review and editing for all marketing content
  • Assist in creating go-to-market information essential for enabling product, sales, and marketing decision-making
  • Assist in coordination and running of public and customer webinars
  • Assist in collection of sales stories (case studies, testimonials)
  • Help centralize communication analytics to create source of truth for effectiveness of communication efforts

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree required with a preference for degrees in Marketing or Communications
  • At least 2-3 years of marketing/communications experience
  • 2-4 years in a Life Sciences industry such as pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical, or regulatory.
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience multitasking and working with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams (web, design, etc.)
  • Experience planning and executing marketing and communication strategies


Desired Skills:

  • Expertise in MS Office programs and with project management software
  • Basic design in Canva/PPT/Word
