Our team in Manufacturing, Labs, and Logistics seeks digital enablement and products that serve the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Consumer sectors that provide creative breakthroughs and outstanding health care products. We together are evolving J&J's business models to better integrate, interact, and enable next generation health care solutions available for anyone who needs them. There will be direct responsibility of leading contracted resources. We look for experience in a cross-country environment and experience leading support teams is required. Provide strategy, governance, and operationalization of IT Services supporting R&D Labs, Manufacturing, and J&J's extended Supply Chain to enable Industry 4.0, and Manufacturing for the Future.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
• Able to handle extended, global, enterprise teams of internal and external professionals across timezones.
• Cyber security application with a solid understanding of ISA-95 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
• A strong understanding of cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, and Google).
• Provide and promote innovative ways of problem solving, and implementing system improvements.
• Be an idea catalyst on technical architectures and platforms.
• Set J&J standards in this space globally.
