Position Title: Finacial Analyst
Max Pay Rate: 44.85
Length of contract: 6 monthsTop 3 must-have skills/requirements - Proficient in Excel, time management and attention to detail
Education requirement - Bachelors degree required, preferred in Finance, Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
Years of experience - 4 years

Financial Analyst II Ridgefield Park, NJ
Responsible for supporting MBO (Management by Objectives) program. This role will support the setup, target setting and results reporting of MBOs for the organization. This person will work closely with fellow MBO team members, as well as with business leaders and operations teams to translate strategy to MBO.
• Facilitate developing performance metrics, evaluating and measuring KPI results, and summarizing information to be reported to senior leadership
• Develop presentations for target setup, results reviews and ad hoc MBO reviews
• Create and facilitate processes for organization and understanding of data
• Review operating results by department to provide feedback to leaders on goal and target setting
• Participate in ad hoc analysis and various other financial duties
• Support process enhancement projects related to KPI planning and analysis, reporting, and system improvements
Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following:
• Assist with setting operational goals and KPIs
• Manage calendar of deadlines and assist with follow up to secure necessary information
• Support consolidation of MBO targets and results for VP and senior management review
• Analyze operating results and compare to monthly, quarterly and yearly plan; support presentation of findings to VP and senior management; managing large data sets of financial and employee performance
• Engage in ad hoc financial analysis and report to senior management as requested
• Perform other finance or administrative support projects and tasks assigned by financial management
• Demonstrate strong analysis, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
Background/Experience to qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required:
• Bachelors degree required, preferred in Finance, Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, and minimum 4 years of experience in the job offered
• Experience in developing financial and operational analysis
• Advanced knowledge and application of excel; tableau experience preferred
