BUSINESS UNIT - CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Role and Responsibilities
THE POSITION
The primary objective of this position is to support SEA Customer Care Field Operation support on-time, in-scope/budget projects and analyze operating results and interpret data to drive results. In order to achieve the highest performance, the person in this position is expected to maintain effective communication with key stakeholders and leaders within the division and cross-divisionally where applicable.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Manage and support ongoing initiatives within the Field Service Operation
- Analyze service network operations KPI's with extreme attention to detail in order to determine critical areas of improvements
- Forecasting for long term planning to prepare for what if scenarios and evaluate sensitivity of possible outcomes
- Collaborate proactively with multiple stakeholders to define specific deliverables
- Monthly/Weekly report on CE ops strategic initiatives to HQ
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and/or other analysis for Customer Care's Field Service Operations
Background & Competencies Required:
- Bachelor's degree required. Business Management, Finance, Economics preferred plus 2-5 years of experience.
- Proficiency with SAP, BI, or other CRM strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while exercising excellent judgement
- Detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including use of pivot tables and formulas)
- Experience working in a global organization a plus
Skills and Qualifications
Necessary Skills/Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual Preferred (Korean)
- Client service driven with excellent relationship management skills
- Ability to effectively engage with and facilitate collaboration with diverse groups/stakeholders
- Team oriented, but able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Self-directed, self-motivated and results-oriented
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
