It is preferred that this professional be available to work from our world headquarters based in Secaucus, NJ on a hybrid home/in-office basis.

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, the role:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for building and maintaining effective client relationships and leading the Talent Acquisition process. This professional will provide both tactical and strategic support around driving the attraction, identification and selection process. This is a full life-cycle recruitment opportunity.

Job responsibilities:

  • Serve as Talent Acquisition SME and understand key business priorities
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and leaders in client groups to proactively plan for the acquisition of needed talent
  • Consult with hiring partners on talent acquisition strategy, planning, and selection.
  • Provide a consultative approach to clients during the selection process (i.e. candidate selection, recommendation, etc.).
  • Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies at the onset of the job launch via Internet, job boards, social media, professional organizations, etc. In addition, proactively identify and profile target companies to develop potential sourcing pools.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with hiring leaders.
  • Attend conferences, recruitment events, and professional events to develop talent acquisition relationships while building candidate pipelines.
  • Provide input and solutions relating to process design and improvement.
  • Keep updated and current on best practices related to recruiting process, sourcing strategies and ways to improve efficiency of recruiting process.

To qualify, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or business-related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Superior Client and Relationship Management Skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Solid skills with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Experience with ATS and CRM systems.
