Diamond Communications LLC (Diamond) is seeking a Financial Analyst at its Springfield, NJ headquarters. Diamond is a dynamic, expanding company in the rapidly growing telecommunications infrastructure industry. The successful candidate will (i) be involved in many of the companys key initiatives, (ii) interact regularly with the entire senior management team and key marketing, sales and operations personnel and (iii) report directly to the President of Site Management. The position offers high learning and personal growth potential through frequent exposure to highly experienced decision makers (including legal, finance and operational), numerous project and personnel management opportunities and direct interface with key company clients.

In addition, through Diamonds Site Management business, we actively manage and market over 290,000 locations on behalf of third parties for wireless communications purposes. Job Description:
Key analyst for executive level management in addition to process and project management responsibilities related to growing the value of our existing assets and identifying opportunities for developing new assets across the county. The role will include:

* Analyzing and supporting key strategic growth initiatives
* Developing financial models for acquisitions and partnerships
* Reporting progress of various business segments for senior management
* Writing presentations for prospective and existing site management clients
* Writing and coordinating responses to Requests for Proposals that present growth opportunities for the company

Requirements

Diamond is seeking a well-rounded individual that can manage numerous tasks simultaneously and provide thoughtful, well laid out analyses:

* Analytical role; finance and operations education/experience desired but not required
* Team player comfortable working in a collaborative environment
* Strong communication and writing skills
* Willingness/desire to work on multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office
