The Product Director, Cardiovascular Professional Promotions Omni-Channel is a critical marketing position within the Janssen Cardiovascular & Metabolism (CVM) team and will be responsible for developing and deploying omni-channel and non-personal HCP professional promotional strategies for the brand across all current and future indications.

Key Responsibilities / Areas of Focus:

  • Lead development and implementation of HCP professional promotion omni-channel strategies and tactics for both current and new indications, including:
    • Leadership of Agile Marketing approach
    • Evolution of Dynamic field selling approach
    • Generation of specific "use cases" based on customer and marketplace insights
  • Lead strategic development and oversee tactical execution of non-personal promotional elements, including:
    • HCP website
    • HCP media plan
  • Work closely with HCP Marketing, Franchise Strategy, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Field Selling, and external agencies to build, align and execute strategies
  • Continually assess competitive landscape and respond accordingly
  • Work within regulatory and HCC guidelines to achieve goals

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum of 7 years of in-line healthcare or pharmaceutical commercial experience is required
  • Minimum of 1 year marketing experience is required
  • Strong proven ability to be innovative and proactive
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills with proven ability to provide clarity in complex situations
  • Solid analytical and strategic thinking with proven ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level to deliver on business objectives
  • Strong proven ability to lead teams, collaborate, and influence without authority
  • An MBA is preferred
  • Previous omni-channel and digital marketing experience is preferred
  • Previous pharma sales or sales management experience is preferred
  • Previous Cardiovascular experience is preferred

This position is based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 20% domestic travel.
