We have an opening for a Broker Development Manager in NJ in an area that has less than 1% market penetration. Our Broker Development Manager will focus on building a partnership with our Brokerage Operations to identify opportunities to assist with Voluntary Benefit offerings to employer groups.

Duties would include securing product offerings and enrollment services within their assigned territory, in addition to building on to your own book of business. By building relationships with business owners, decision makers, brokers and HR professionals, you'll be able to offer voluntary benefits that can help employees during challenging times and it is at no cost to the employer. The minimal cost associated with our policies are paid by the employee through a payroll deduction.

We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of broker sales experience, insurance industry experience is helpful, but not necessary. Current Health and Life Insurance license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
