This is a 110-year-old start-up, where every member of our nimble, entrepreneurial team makes an impact every day. : Responsible for creating and processing program setups sheets and Flex PLM management with suppliers. Ensuring programs are uploaded into NetSuite. Responsible for day-to-day product development (PD) lifecycle challenges and promote operational consistency by effectively communicating with Global suppliers and Internal teams on a daily basic. Written and oral communication with suppliers on sample comments, photo sample requests. Review Product copy sheets for accuracy and packing actual samples for photo shoot. Manage the product development program tracker, review photo samples, and oversee production sample tracker including status of photo samples and ensuring that all products are being delivered on schedule. Create specification packets each season for product lines per each season, ensuring that all of the products meet our standard for production. Review, comment, and approve final product labels including: logo, tracking, wash-care, law label, certification labels, carton labels and UPS labels from vendors and suppliers before being sent for print for all The Company Store products. Partner with all cross-functional teams (Design, Inventory, Merchandising, Quality Assurance, Marketing) to effectively communicate and plan any strategies relating to procurement, logistics, and launches for each season. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities: 50% Collaborate with various product partners to improve the communication experience for customer. 20% Benchmarking best in class communication experiences to help guide Homedepot.com communication strategy. 20% Collaborate with new business teams to align our communication experience across all of Home Depot. 10% Providing analytics into usage of customer communications and clearly relaying metrics to partner and leadership teams. Nature and Scope: Reports to Associate Merchant, Product Development. No direct responsibility for supervising others. Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Minimum Qualifications: . : Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Years of Relevant Work Experience: 4 years Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Additional Qualifications: Demonstrated business/financial modeling capabilities with tools such as Excel and Access. Demonstrated skills in applying statistical analysis principles to business challenges. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; self-starter. Preferred Qualifications: Prior Business Analyst roles. Product/Project Management skills.
