Description Robert Half is working with a dynamic organization in the Retail industry to find a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter. In your role as the Human Resources Recruiter, your work will include full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. Our client wants a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow. You will succeed at this position if you're great at recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. This role is well-suited for an ambitious and focused Human Resources Recruiter looking to polish their skills. Your responsibilities in this role

- Employing digital recruiting resources

- Stocking and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

- Noting and posting job opportunity advertisements

- Managing interviews

- Shaping internal recommendations

- Executing various administrative duties

- Backing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations Requirements - Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

- Indeed experience

- Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing recruitment

- Knowledge of Job Postings

- Prescreening experience

- Resume Screening experience preferred

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

- Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- The ideal hire for this role is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

- We are looking for someone who has proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

- Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
