Functional Title: Financial Analyst (Marketing Department)

Client Title: Experiential Marketing Financial Analyst

PAY: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour (Depends on experience)

1st Shift: 40 hours per week

Shift: 8 AM until 5 PM - Monday-Friday w/ 1-hour lunch

Position Type: At least one year

Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ

NO 1099 OR CORP TO CORP FOR THIS CONTRACT POSITION.

NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE OFFERED.

This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities:

The position is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, the development, and oversight of KPI Tracking for all Marketing activities; forecasting marketing budget expenditures and expense monitoring considering managing department cash flows, billing, chargebacks, KOPERCO, and transfers.

The SAP IFT system is used for financial entry and management, understanding, proficiency, and certification of the Purchase to Pay process (IFT system would be required to enable proper financial management and reporting).

Support the Business-to-Business (US) function with over $300MM in SAP/IFT input and receiving, ensuring appropriate accounting and reconciliation.

Support, coordinate, and manage financial marketing campaigns, reporting processes, forecasting, and other associated tasks.

Utilize IFT-SAP queries to support budget reporting and forecasting, including measurements

Adhoc budget planning & reporting requirements, as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or like field

Leadership experience

IFT/SAP

Budget management

Communicating with internal departments

Microsoft Word

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft PowerPoint

Purchase to pay

Contracts experience is necessary

Accounting experience

SAP software (proficiency is required on start date)
