Job description
Job Summary: Responsible for the branch management functions (Admin, Service, Field Sales, Inventory, Assembly and Distribution) to ensure conformance to specifications and continuous production consistent with established standards.
Essential Functions, Roles and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.
- Manage local safety program within established guidelines, complete and submit monthly safety reporting and conduct safety meetings.
- Ensure customer requirements are serviced within established operating procedures.
- Diagnose problems and recommend or implement appropriate solutions.
- Oversee operations to achieve cost, delivery and quality objectives. Manage inventory turns (reduce slow or non-moving inventory) and identify material substitutions are done in an economical manner.
- Track financial activities for the facility (invoicing, local purchases, inventory levels and service utilization).
- Prepare annual budget and manage expenses to budget. Report monthly financials to management.
- Ensure that all safety, health and environmental regulations are being followed by all employees.
- Administer facility contracts, maintenance and improvements.
- Direct and participate in sales activities to maintain customer base, develop new customers and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate date entry, investigation, resolution and feedback of CPR's from the respective branch.
- Develop and execute opportunities to increase product, rental and ancillary revenue.
- Monitor and communicate new products and specifications, knowledge of customers, rig count, competition (strengths and weaknesses) and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance of Fleet Management Program. Maintain all company vehicles with necessary tools and safety equipment; ensure all necessary repairs are conducted in a timely manner and consistent with company policy.
- Provide support and guidance to all levels of branch personnel including training/coaching in areas of problem solving, creative thinking and technical skills.
- Human Resource responsibilities including staffing and organizing the Branch with qualified personnel; conduct performance appraisals and one-on-one meetings; counseling personnel for personal development and improvement; training; adhere to and reinforce policies and procedures.
- Record, track and approve weekly time; approve employee expense reports; manage non-billable hours.
Education, Training, Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Intermediate Computer Skills

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly manage a team of Operations personnel. Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws.
