Human Resources Manager, Human Resources, Full-Time, Days, Roswell, NM

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resources team in Roswell, NM.

This full-time job is located at Lovelace Regional Hospital which provides 24/7 emergency services, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, surgical services and birthing services for Roswell and the surrounding community. Lovelace's presence in Roswell also includes a primary and specialty care clinic to allow us to better serve the residents of southeast New Mexico.

Human Resources Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a variety of human resources services for assigned area(s).
• Enforces policies and programs related to human resources function within the LHS policy and procedure guidelines.
• Works closely with upper management to ensure success of human resources programs.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Human Resources Manager Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management; Relevant education and/or experience may be substituted for one another in accordance to policy
• Five (5) years previous job related experience of which two (2) years must be direct supervisory responsibility of staff
• Relevant education and/or experience may be substituted for one another in accordance to policy
• Knowledge of EEO laws and general human resources concepts
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to be responsible and persuasive at all levels of the organization
