Responsibilities:

The Human Resources (HR) Business Analyst will assist the Assistant Director of HRIS in performing daily activities that support HRIS operations including report writing, collecting and analyzing data, auditing records and preparing metrics related to HR activities. Supports HR system performance by troubleshooting issues and then testing and implementing upgrades and fixes. Works with stakeholders to design and distribute reports, dashboards and workflows. The HR Business Analyst will provide project support in the Infor CloudSuite implementation including design, configuration, data conversion and integration with other systems. Assists in preparing and conducting user training, creates job aides and other materials. Provides backup support for the HRIS administration including auditing for HR data integrity, troubleshooting system and workflow issues, responding to user questions, and performing scheduled jobs within expected timeframes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience (HR, HRIS, Business etc.)
  • Experience with HRIS/time keeping/payroll software and operations required
  • Strong analytical and organizational aptitude
  • Ability to troubleshoot, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Previous system implementation experience is a plus
  • Business software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Crystal Reports, Infor GHR Cloudsuite, Kronos, Icims and ADP is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with team members in different locations/departments.
