Job description

Newtek Business Services is looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to its team!


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and executing all content across social media campaigns to drive engagements and brand equity (includes LinkedIn, Newtekone.com, Youtube, Facebook, etc.)
  • Supply blogs for the corporate website with relevant content and information
  • Monitor and provide all email statistics for Newtek divisions
  • Lead and execute all webinars for Newtek divisions
  • Update and maintain all contact management databases, marketing email, phone and address lists
  • Help lead the coordination of all Newtek conferences (order booth items, ship materials to conference venues, etc.)
  • Research, price and order promotional items for conferences and other business needs
  • Assist with expenses relating to marketing such as estimates for material cost, displays, etc.
  • Edit, print and ship required presentations (PowerPoint and Marketing slicks for Sales Team upon request.)
  • Create presentations, charts and spreadsheets for meetings
  • Provide administrative and marketing support for Marketing and Sales organization


Job Qualifications:

  • Understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals
  • Understanding of digital marketing and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Possess a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to successfully interface with staff at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
