We share a profound belief in both our individual and collective potential, and know that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible.Job Title: Equity AdministratorPrimary Purpose: Responsible for the day-to-day administration of all company stock plans (i.e. Stock Options, Restricted Stock Units, Performance RSU's & Employee Stock Purchase Plan)The successful individual will leverage their proficiency inStock Administration and execute on the following Process and maintain equity plans and grant documentation and administer all grants, exercises, releases, cancellations, terminations and any other equity compensation-based transactions under the Company's equity compensation plansAdminister the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, including enrollment and purchasesManage vendor relationships, identify issues, advise on system updates and serve as the Company's primary contact for equity compensation data and transactionsAnswer employee inquiries regarding their stock option, restricted stock unit (RSU), ESPP and Board of Director's grants and retainersAssist the Company's stockholders with any stock-related issuesProvide research and analytical support for ad hoc requests and projectsReview annual reports from outside counsel to keep current of relevant stock plan administration rules and regulations and proposed changesEstablish, document and maintain stock plan administration policies and proceduresWork closely with Payroll to provide payroll adjustments for tax withholding and year-end tax reportingProvide adequate information and timely response related to equity transactions to Finance, HR, and Tax departments to ensure effective transaction processingCollaborate with the Human Resource and Legal departments on equity compensation activitiesThe accomplished individual will possess...Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of progressive stock administration experience in a global public company.3+ years of tracking & reporting experienceWorking knowledge of third-party equity management systems (e.g., Fidelity)Comprehensive knowledge of various types of equity awards, programs, and governing stock plan documentsMust be self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented, and able to complete tasks with minimal direction.Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work.Acute attention to detail and well-developed organization and time management skills.Strong work ethic, including the ability to work independentlyProficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skillsExcellent analytical and research skills with an acute attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work well with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a team environmentAbility to maintain highly confidential informationResults oriented with the ability to understand and balance other business considerationsAn outstanding professional will have...5+ years of equity plan administration role in a publicly traded U.S. companyGlobal equity experience Strong Excel skillsOur Competencies for All EmployeesCourage: Doesn't hold back anything that needs to be said;
