DescriptionAbout this role. This role works closely with the 1Aladdin Head of Platform and Platform General Managers (GMs) to ensure that the strategic initiatives that will drive our growth from $1 to $2 billion are executed with rigor and pace. Ultimately the primary objective of this role is to help drive the successful commercial progress of the platform transformation, and its component initiatives. About Aladdin. Aladdin combines sophisticated risk analytics with comprehensive portfolio management, trading, and operations tools on a single platform to power informed decision-making. The platform builds a connective tissue for thousands of users investing worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Leads annual target setting & integrated budgeting process for the platform initiatives, working with the platform General Managers (GMs), the Head of Platform, the Head of Product and the Aladdin Business & APG COOs. Leads the quarterly OKR process, working with the Head of Platform and each of the GMs to review and cascade objectives and key results. Leads the creation & execution of communication plans across 1Aladdin (and beyond) to influence stakeholders and drive excitement around the platform transformation as we continue to build momentum. Works with the Head of Platform on the overall platform narrative and progress reporting as part of 1Aladdin QBRs and in other forums (e.g., townhalls, board meetings). Works directly with GMs of initiatives to ensure that they have clear objectives, a specific plan for executing them and an approach for keeping track of progress. Close partnership across 1Aladdin COO teams to ensure overall 1Aladdin objectives align with Platform targets and initiatives. Responsible for the 1Aladdin Growth Committee, which is the main accountability forum for platform initiatives working closely with the Head of Platform, the Head of Product and the COOs of APG & the Aladdin Business.
