About this role
The Digital Marketing Lead Generation Associate will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing marketing and sales pipeline data and providing insights that encourage action through lead generation and sales enablement. This role will also inform the optimal marketing content mix based on campaigns and business goals with U.S. iShares clients and prospects. In addition, this person will contribute to our data enrichment, marketing optimization efforts, and overall scaled marketing distribution strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop holistic lead generation growth strategy that scales contact acquisition and lifecycle marketing to drive engagement opportunities through segmentation and digital marketing.
- Apply analytic reasoning to draw out new inbound lead scoring engagement opportunities and optimize current digital asset engagement in alignment with business priorities, explain the logic and reasoning to stakeholders, and deliver strategy recommendations.
- Identify target segments and intents to build, maintain and improve digital marketing campaigns that seek to deepen segment engagement and drive lead generation.
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to measure and track marketing effectiveness; translate business objectives into measurable goals and define key performance indicators and relevant benchmarks.
- Lead insights-driven discussions across marketing and internal teams to communicate a comprehensive view of the client experience.
- Proactively communicate client insights and key metrics for measuring impact of marketing tactics and messaging.
- Flag and monitor data quality to ensure confidence in the data used for analysis.
- Nurture a high-performance team culture that encourages autonomy, creativity, innovation, testing and learning, and quantifiable impact.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ideal candidates are data-driven marketers with a background in B2B and B2C marketing analytics or customer insights.
- Ability to build and manage contact segmentation from complex and large data sets strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in partner management and working cross-functionally.
- Proven experience with ability to clearly present complex information in a simple manner, discern business meaning and inspiring action.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (HTML, SQL) and ambition to learn new skills and technologies.
- Passion for data-driven marketing, digital media, content marketing, innovation and new technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- FINRA Series 7, 63 preferred.
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree as well as demonstrated ability working in Marketing, preferably in the financial service industry or similar.
