Position Description:
As a Functional/Business Analyst within CGI's Payments team, you will work in support of CGI's Payments Processing Solution 'CGI All Payments', supporting world-wide payment networks including: FedWire, CHIPS, TCH RTP, ACH, EFT, and SWIFT. Working as an Business Analyst, you will have an active role in multiple implementation projects and will work closely with CGI's customers and project teams to translate their business needs into product requirements.
You will become member of a highly effective, multi-national team, where your work will directly contribute to the future design of our product and to the satisfaction of our customers. Position location is flexible but should be in proximity to a CGI office.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will work on multiple projects worldwide, implementing the CGI All Payments Solution with Banks and other Financial Institutions. Your role will require communication and interaction with representatives of the client, as well as, internal SMEs, product developers, and testers, to ensure that business requirements are understood, are correctly translated to product features, and that the solution meets the clients needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Analyze customer requirements, goals and processes
* Preparation and documentation of functional and business requirements
* The creation of process maps
* The elaboration of analytical documentation
* Collaborate on the specification of business and IT/IS strategies for different types of companies
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Perform project tasks in accordance with the project plan
* Continuously educate and develop professional knowledge
* Learn respective technical industry standards used in various countries and markets
* Organize and lead meetings both external and internal
* Represent the company at a professional level
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

* Should have 5+ years of business analysis experience
* Expert in writing requirement documentation and articulating them with design, development and testing teams
* Experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), product use cases, and user stories for presentation to the client
* Excellent communication and thought leadership skills
* Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
* Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personality types and the ability understand technical issues.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required
* Knowledge of payment processing flows, payment schemes and payment messaging formats such as ISO20022, SWIFT MT/MX, Fedwire, NACHA, EFT/AFT
* Experience working in a financial product environment
* Knowledge of MS Excel and practical experience with writing and using Excel for database-based reporting
* Ability to organize and manage large user workshops
* Experience working within AGILE projects
* Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Good presentation skills
* Ability to flexibly work in international, globally distributed team
* Systematic approach to problem solving and documentation of concepts, designs and configuration artefacts
Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $84,000-$130,000*
