Job description

Position Summary

Responsible for day-to-day operational and administrative support to the New York Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities & Duties

Consulting population support

* Coordinating onboarding and departure processes for AC/Cs/Industry hires as well as ACI/SA summer interns
* Sending welcome emails pre/post start, colleague assignments, PD Advisor assignments, new hire main point of contact for any questions

* Coordinate departure logistics for AC/Cs/industry hires as well as ACI/SA summer interns
* Send departure logistics email, calculate departure/transition bonus payouts, prepare transition agreements, schedule exit interview, departing employee main point of contact for any questions

* Update all people trackers daily
* Process Broker Fee reimbursements
* Update MS Teams site with people movement information

Preparation of employee paperwork and memos including but not limited to:

* Take 1 and Take 2 agreements and Externships
* New hire and departure paperwork
* Mail merge for AC/SAC, Consultant, and Senior Manager NAP memos
* Pull monthly click-up memos, separate and rename files

Business Functions support

* Coordinate onboarding process for both local and GRS employees based in New York
* Forwarding global onboarding training sessions and creating invites for local sessions, colleague assignments, confirm seating with OS, send welcome emails pre/post start, prepare integration decks for supervisor, new hire main point of contact for any questions

* Coordinate departure processes and logistics
* Send departure logistics email, calculate departure/severance bonus payouts, schedule exit interview, departing employee main point of contact for any questions

* Update MS Teams site with people movement information
* Schedule interviews for all local business functions recruiting
* Provide support to business functions programs including but not limited to the Mentor Program and Learning & Development Committee

Other

* Organize people news slides for monthly OWMs
* Coordinate service award program
* I9 Verifications for all New York employees and transfers
* Work closely with COE to ensure client background checks are processed timely and all client requirements are met
* Team with TSG to maintain local d-lists
* Ad-hoc report requests that SSC cannot support
* Perform other duties and projects as assigned or as responsibilities dictate (i.e. support of extra tasks due to COVID-19)

Qualifications

Required

* Bachelor's Degree or an equivaleny combination of education, training, and/or experience
* Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience
* Strong customer service, organization, interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriately, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Meticulous attention to detail necessary
* Comprehensive knowledge of, and experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Preferred

* HRIS systems experience
