Executive Assistant/Office Assistant Real Estate Investment Firm, New York City

A boutique commercial real estate investment firm that is expanding, NYC is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Head of Operations as well as assist in the management of the office overall. Great attention to detail and superior organizational skills a MUST with a 'no job too small" attitude. This is presently a hybrid position, in the office 3 days a week and flex the other 2 depending on what is going on. The ideal candidate has supported a principal in the finance space with a "can do" team -oriented attitude. The candidate must be vaccinated.

About the Job:

Support the Operations Manager handling calendar management and domestic and international travel arrangements

Prioritize, prepare and produce emails, correspondence for the Operations Manager, as needed

Handle Expense reporting and payroll

Be the "go to" in the office for the administrative needs of the team including making sure supplies are ordered and be the liaison for technical support

Ad hoc projects

Minimal off hour availability via cell

This position is now 3 days in the office, 2 days flexible

About You:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the finance space.

Bachelor's Degree

Very detail oriented with the ability to change gears quickly - a true multi-tasker who is also a problem solver

High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and intellectual intelligence"

Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; tech savvy

A true team player with a positive "no job too small" attitude
