Role Description

Pagaya is looking for an Executive / Personal Assistant to work alongside our current Executive Assistant Business Partner and provide secondary support to our CEO. The successful candidate will help with the day-to-day logistics of the Office of the CEO, providing support with calendar and time management, travel coordination, lunch daily, various personal assistant tasks and other related responsibilities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day assistance with the execution of the CEO's daily schedule, ensuring meetings run on time, with the proper prep materials and A/V support
  • Calendar management
  • Complete expense reports
  • Coordinating lunch daily
  • Travel planning (both personal and professional)
  • Coordinate dinner reservations, events, and personal appointments
  • Oversee ad-hoc household projects as needed
  • Related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a fast-paced office support role
  • Proficiency in G-Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and excellent discretion
  • Exceptional multitasking, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • A team player who enjoys working as part of a larger support model
