Job description

Over the past year, Company has been enjoyed by renowned chefs, a-listers, tech & start-up giants, all-star athletes. A budding community is forming on Twitter, YouTubers are taking notice, and TikTok unboxings are racking up views. On the consumer level, our customers are obsessed and have shown their love for Company through hundreds of five-star reviews which they share organically on their own social channels.

Our Head of Talent Partnerships will be in charge of owning all influencer and creator partnerships across all platforms. Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, you will also play a key role in advocating internally on behalf of influencers and educating colleagues about influencer marketing programs.

What you'll do:

  • Set and implement campaigns across channels to align with marketing strategies
  • Multi-channel, multi-tasking, multi-project management
  • Identify and understand our current community, while always being on the lookout for expansion opportunities
  • Create a strategy based on the true word of mouth effect that's able to monetize and track the trickle-down effect
  • Collaborate in developing the voice and content strategy across all social platforms and channels, with a clear strategy for how content evolves per channel
  • Manage reporting and analytics for organic social, being insight-driven and bringing industry best practices, standards, and research to social reporting system
  • Manage community engagement, partnerships and develop systems for how we cultivate and grow an active and highly engaged community
  • Integrate tools for content management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Create narratives with strong analogies and metaphors to further education on coffee and the industries surrounding it
  • Collaborate with the creative team to concept, design, and manage posts/campaigns through approvals into completion
  • Conceptualize campaigns that are native to social and extend larger campaigns to express them on social
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with leaders about marketing programs and strategies

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of brand alignment, influencer management, content planning, partnership negotiations, creative planning that fuels successful partnerships, consumer mindset with a proven body of work, and experience with working with social-first influencers, content creators for large-scale, and bespoke brand collaboration
  • An experienced social influencer with deep knowledge and experience building and executing campaigns across the following platforms: Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Discord, YouTube, Pinterest
  • A brand strategist with an understanding of brand affinity and how targeted campaigns reach beyond immediate goals
  • A driven and collaborative team member who is passionate about bringing the scientifically best coffee to the world.
  • A storyteller with an ability to analyze data and effectively report it in a way, which will inform how we iterate
  • A strong writer with experience in copywriting, adherence to brand guidelines, and tone of voice
  • An analytical and entrepreneurial person who can see an opportunity and take action, someone who excels at mapping business metrics to initiatives to show results
