Overview:
SMBC Human Resources is currently going through an exciting transformational journey that will deliver various strategic projects, during which we will be transitioning to SAP Success Factors. As part of this, we are looking to establish a Shared Service support model within HR for the Americas Region.

Over the next 12-15 months, we are looking for this project role to provide project support to the Regional HR Shared Service Manager, assist with the set up of the shared service model (in conjunction with stakeholders), and see it through to a successful implementation.

The successful candidate will support with the execution of the project plan, creation of operating framework documents, design of the shared service tiered support model, and conduct any training for the HR team. Change Management will be a key factor in this design and implementation.

The ideal candidate will have HR project management experience and/or have worked within a HR Shared Services model

Responsibilities:
Provide project management support to ensure we remain on track for deliverables.

Passionate about service delivery

Works with HR stakeholders and subject matter experts on alignment of approaches for project related work.

Support with the implementation of KRIs for the HR Shared Service team to enable tracking of team performance and address any areas for improvement.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, specifically Regional/Country HR teams. Represents the HR brand positively.

Supports the documentation of FAQ's and any revised team policies, practices and processes providing hands-on support to the employees and management of SMBC - including new hire on-boarding, exit interview administration and other HR related services.

Ensures with the Regional HR Share Service Manager that the Policy and Procedures Manual (PPM) is updated based on any changes during the design and implementation of the new Shared Services Model

Qualifications:
5+ years work experience in HR Operations / Shared Services model

Applies a sound knowledge of HR technology platforms/applications, payroll systems, project management protocols, and project planning methodologies

As a subject matter expert, retains detailed-level knowledge for HR Shared Services and Tiered support operating models.
