Overview:

With a 2-year head start in disrupting a multi-billion dollar streaming marketplace, our technology enables publishers to create new ad inventory through our innovative picture-in-picture ad format as seen on broadcast television for the PGA and NFL.We are looking for a qualified Media Analyst to oversee and manage campaigns for our client's brands like Mercedes, Best Buy, and AT&T. You will provide service before and after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a media analyst, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product and business knowledge to support the sales process and strengthen customer relationships.


What You'll Do:

  • Provide technical support for customers in the pre/post sales process
  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns for nationally recognized brands
  • Provide developers with customer feedback to help identify potential new features or products to our platform
  • Analyze data addressing customer's needs in order to suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their campaign/advertiser requirements
  • Liaise with the sales department to generate new and retain existing business


Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in relevant field (preferred)
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in video streaming technologies
  • An ability to grasp customers' needs and suggest timely solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
