What We're Looking For: Vox Media's Experiential team is looking for an independent contractor with unique experience and expertise in coordinating the various moving pieces and logistics for an upcoming event.

For this event, you will:

* Work closely with team on the project to develop a thorough asset list and design timelines and needs, sizes, copy, and placements to ensure that all expectations and deliverables are met
* Update design timelines and asset list as needed throughout the project and relay to design lead
* Oversee all assets throughout the project, and collect and streamline feedback from experiential design, marketing lead, client, and copy editor to brand design team as part of an organized production process
* Stay in regular communication with the design team to ensure that deadlines are being met as specified for the project
* Check assets as they are delivered to experiential & conferences team from brand design, including to ensure feedback is implemented
* Ensure that creative assets are updated to reflect rapidly changing event content, including client creative, logos, event times, and names in a deadline-driven environment
* Maintain Google drive so that all design assets are stored in an organized way
* Assist in sorting photos for the project and storing on our team site
* Other responsibilities as assigned by main contact, depending on scope of project

What You'll Bring:

* A familiarity with Vox Media's brands
* 1-2+ years experience working in project management for a media company and/or in event production
* Ability to support a dynamic, fast-paced environment and multi-task while paying close attention to timelines and details
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong skill set to organize and prioritize event design needs with the assertion to ensure teammates are completing their tasks so that the projects stay on schedule
