RECEPTIONIST

Our client, a growing investment firm in Midtown Manhattan, is hiring a Receptionist. The ideal candidate is personable, confident in personality, and comfortable being the first point of contact for guests. You will answer phones, greet guests, order catering, coordinate travel, and prepare for meetings. This is a permanent, 5 day a week position, in office.


Responsibilities

  • Based at the front desk, greet and welcome guests and clients
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Distribute mail
  • Book travel
  • Support executive assistants, as requested


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of reception, hospitality or retail experience
  • Strong focus on customer and client service
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Professional, independent and a team player
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
