Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, this position is responsible for performing experiments by following established protocols. This role will perform cell culture and process human samples.

Responsibilities include:

* Perform cell culture, flow cytometry sample process and analysis
* Process human samples and isolating various lymphocyte and monocyte subsets
* Make recommendations for improvements on processes and practices
* Manage mouse colonies, including genotyping
* Manage laboratory resources, ordering reagents and other lab supplies as needed

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have a Master's degree in medical or biological sciences. Prior experience with human primary immune cell culture and mouse handling is preferred.
