As the Sr Analyst on the FP&A team, you will be responsible for overseeing and refining the long range, driver based, financial model which supports financial planning, analytics, and insights. Your work will directly impact the company-wide annual planning and quarterly forecast by helping to define the financial roadmap for the business.

This role will report to the Director, FP&A, and will have a high level of visibility throughout the finance and operating leadership teams.

At Compass You Will

  • Maintain and build-out the company-wide financial model and assist with the company's long range plan, including detailed P&L and cash flow projections
  • Assist in coordinating the company-wide quarterly reforecast process and annual planning cycle working with senior leaders across the organization
  • Establish and lead capital planning process to evaluate investment decisions across the company
  • Partner with members of the senior management team and other company leaders on assessing and analyzing critical business decisions
  • Provide analytical, financial modeling and decision-making support for ad-hoc analyses as needed
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in Corporate Development, FP&A and/or Investment Banking
  • Must possess excellent analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations for senior management and other stakeholders
  • Positive attitude and solutions-oriented approach. Ability and desire to be hands on in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • SQL, Adaptive, Tableau and/or NetSuite experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
