The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Vice President to join our national Healthcare team. This person will be leading account activities at a strategic level for one of our largest global accounts. We are open to almost any U.S. location - just looking for top talent to join our incredible team!
You will oversee all account activities (traditional, digital, branded, unbranded, etc.) and ensure the overall strategic vision, and tactical execution, is in line with the client's objectives. You will be a leader in our business with an expectation to manage all client communication, key internal stakeholders and a junior team of high performers. This is an opportunity to take on a true leadership role and have a significant impact in our leading Healthcare practice.

What you will do…
- Oversee all aspects of account management including building and maintaining client relationships, strategic planning, counsel, team management and organic client growth
- Grow business prospects with existing clients; lead new business outreach process and win business for market
- Anticipate challenges and/or roadblocks and escalate them appropriately offering potential solutions
- Own the brainstorm process; see the need, lead the brainstorm, and begin to identify other team members who have the potential of becoming good brainstorm facilitators
- Flesh out ideas as they relate to client objectives and learn how to bring them to life in presentations and written proposals
- Showcase a command of both digital and traditional communication practices and strategies
- Lead and mentor junior team members to build a culture of high performance
Who you will be…
- Minimum of 10+ years of related experience working within an integrated communications/PR agency on Healthcare accounts
- Pharmaceutical product communications experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Top-notch project management and attention to detail across ever shifting priorities
- Impeccable client relationship skills especially with high-touch clients
- Ability to be senior member of an agency team with any moving parts, and lead junior team as a project manager, coach, and mentor
- Strong strategic thinking and counseling ability
- Strong presentation and speaking skills
- Desire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization as an active participant in culture initiatives, training opportunities and employee resource groups
