'Global Payments Product Manager - US Wires'
The US Wire Product Management team is responsible for end-to-end product management of US Wire Products, including Domestic, International, and Foreign Exchange Wires. This product is an offering within the bank's Global Transaction Services (GTS) payments business serving large corporate, middle market, eCommerce, special industries and multi-national clients.
The GTS payments business is a dynamic and growing area of the bank seeing considerable change, market growth, and investment. As a US Wire Product Manager, you will own and/or support various product management activities across all aspects of the product, including product development, risk management, pricing, strategy, issue management, client inquiries, and deal support.
Examples of duties:
• Drive execution of a critical product platform change project to comply with industry requirements and to stay competitive in the market
• Be the Product interface to industry bodies by representing the bank in multiple payments industry forums
• Perform the end-to-end aspects of US Wire product enhancement, from collecting voice of clients to prioritization, writing business requirements and to getting project approval for funding
• Support complex client deals
• Pricing strategy and deal-specific pricing
• Resolve escalated service issues
• Develop and maintain sales tools, client onboarding and collateral
• Remediate self-identified audit issues, transaction reviews and high-risk items
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across technology, compliance, risk, service, fulfillment and legal
• Interact with executive management team and run a governance routine with them

Required Skills:
• Product management experience
• Understanding of Transaction Services business
• Wholesale payments and/or corporate wire experience

• Ability to identify issues, devise solutions, and engage right individuals for execution
• 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree required
