Summary
Working within Treasury Solutions (TS), the Implementation Specialist (IS) will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of TS products by planning, coordinating and onboarding single or multi-product requests for new Treasury clients. ISs work directly with TS Sales Officers (TSOs) throughout the implementation process to assure satisfaction with product delivery. Candidates must have an understanding of treasury management processes and the technology that supports it. IMs are responsible for identifying and suggesting solutions to internal partners to ensure a smooth client experience. This role involves direct communication with vendors to ensure resolution of any onboarding issues related to technical and training resources.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identifying product onboarding documentation requirements
- Acting as the first point of contact for client inquiries during the implementation process
- Gathering and overseeing the completion of agreement and enrollment forms
- Overseeing the accuracy of client onboarding details and the completion of the onboarding process
- Performing demos for prospects and clients
- Ensuring timely delivery of treasury solutions services and products for clients
- Organizing meetings and coordinating support for clients with Operations, IT, outside vendors, Sales, and Product
- Educating and assisting clients to maximize the benefits and use of our products
- Analyzing statements and proposing appropriate pricing based on the analysis (to form a pitch)
- Helping TSOs put together client proposals and pitch materials
- Cross-selling to prospects and clients to lift recurring fees and deposits
- Tier 2 support for TS related solutions
Implementation Tasks:
- Manage and log client's TS requests
- Review TS Agreements, Terms and Conditions, and Treasury Product Onboarding (TPO) requests to ensure proper execution
- Plan and coordinate all TS products for newly established Treasury clients
- Verify that all data entered is reviewed and accurate prior to training clients. Additional communication will involve quality control and any format changes needed, including ACH files, Positive Pay issue files, etc. prior to client training
- Scan and archive completed work and ensure compliance with record retention requirements
- Properly manage the expectations of CB Teams when communicating and responding to processing requests, issues, voicemails and emails
- Ensure accuracy, and completeness of documents
- Escalate opportunities where process improvements exist and/or gaps in the process are identified
- Utilize project management knowledge and application of project management skills and methodology to complete multiple requests simultaneously
- A high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills are necessary for this role. You will focus on timely and accurate delivery of TS requests, as well as delivering superior client services and resolving client issues to maintain customer satisfaction
- Possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of TS products as well as the ability to formulate and drive solutions for clients
- Fully understands impacts of further escalation processes and coordinates appropriately to achieve maximum and timely results
- Partner with staff across the organization
- Assist and support department and team projects

- Experience working within FIS data management applications as related to TS product onboarding
- Complex problem resolution skills with the ability to draw the correct conclusions

What Success Looks Like For Someone In This Role:
3 months: Know the systems (FIS/IBS/XAA/Vendor Portals, etc), know the processes. Comfortable completing documentation for client onboarding and following up directly with the client for additional detail as needed. Comfortable testing files from clients (ACH/Pos Pay) and delivering feedback for reformatting as needed
6 months: Mastering knowledge of all solutions available. Comfortable having a sales call (supplemental sale). Able to organize and prioritize day to day. Be able to prepare pricing analysis independently
12 months: Comfortable completing treasury reviews with the client. Able to proactively identify additional solutions relevant to existing clients and complete discovery and sales pitch suited to those clients
