The Emerging Payments & Innovation team seeks a driven strategic leader to facilitate our Cross Border payments expansion. The Cross Border Payments Product Manager will identify, develop relationships, and negotiate partnership agreements with strategic partners who can improve BofA's corporate and consumer cross-border payment offering. The Product Manager should have strong project management skills and work cross-functionally with internal business partners and individuals at FinTech's and partner banks to manage and enhance the product set. They will do this by (i) understanding the current roadmap and enhancing it to expand the product's geographic footprint and capabilities, (ii) leading negotiations with partner banks and FinTechs, (iii) developing and documenting business requirements to drive BofA's technology development, and (iv) creating commercialization strategies as the product expands. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying business development opportunities, developing a strategy, and executing on it while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders across the bank. The individual will work cross-functionally, end-to-end as it relates to technology, operations, servicing, fulfillment, reporting, billing, and commercialization.
Further, the Cross Border Payments Product Manager will be a key, contributing member of the Emerging Payments & Innovation team. The team reviews and evaluates new technologies, payment schemes, and partners to deliver fresh and innovative ideas to the marketplace.
