Overview:
The New Product Operator is responsible forAssemble, Configure, Laser mark or fabricate wiring and or mechanical parts, Metals, Fabrics, Plastics, and pieces or products together using a variety of tools and equipment according to required blue prints, Layouts, and component overviews in a specific area of a production line in a manufacturing organization. Set up and operation of PCBA equipment, test equipment utilizing IPC standards.

1st Shift (8:00am to 4:30 PM) or 2nd Shift (5:00 pm to 1:30am)

Responsibilities:
Read, interpret, and follow written work instructions or procedures to accurately assembly products.

Utilize hands to install components.

First level escalation for assembly related issues

Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

Maintain a clean and safe work area following 6S.

Utilize hand tools such as handheld screwdrivers, cordless/pneumatic drill guns and other job specific tooling as required by departmental SOP.

Follow SOP's, change control / validation processes, and adhere to established programs for GMP compliance.

Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Pickup job kits according to schedule given by supervisor from stock room.

Ensure PCBA meets visual and mechanical criteria of production documentation.

Setup parts on feeders.

Tear down parts and feeders and clean the Feeder Carts.

Must be familiar with ESD principles and procedures.

Operate all machinery in accordance with safe operating procedures.

General machine cleaning

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Ability to work often with others in a team environment.

Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written in English

Must have comprehension skills in English.

Need to be organized and detail oriented.

Basic computer navigation and utilization skills.

Prolonged standing, seating, bending for up to 5-12 hours during the day

Able to lift a minimum of 40lbs unassisted
