Position:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have the opportunity to provide support to recruiters, hiring managers and candidates to ensure a best in class Talent Acquisition experience. The TA Coordinator will be responsible for tasks and projects that contribute to the efficiency and optimization of the TA team. This individual will get involved in many of the recruitment and on-boarding initiatives and projects within Human Capital.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate ever-changing requests while maintaining efficient communication between candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders
  • Schedule recruiter screens, interviews and feedback sessions with hiring managers
  • Post open jobs to the company website and external job sites
  • Update candidate records in recruiting systems
  • Assist with the buildout of Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS)
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations procedures and shared drive
  • Assist recruiters and hiring managers with ad hoc requests
  • Provide administrative support and project help to Talent Acquisitionand Human Capital as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Intellectually curious, high energy, driven, ambitious, commercial; wants to win and works well in fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • High level of technical capabilities and proficiency across full Microsoft Office suite
