Job Description:
Arrange and monitor traffic services, by sending delivery orders and communicating with trucking companies. Responsible for providing and maintaining effective customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Send out D.O. to truckers with supporting documentation
* Communicate with truckers through email or on the phone if there is an issue with the shipment
* Coordinate with truckers to make sure shipments are pickup and delivery in a timely manner
* Advance payment to Airline, CFS Station, and Steamship line. ISC, loading, Exam, and Storage/ demurrage charges.
* Obtain rates from truckers for drayage/delivery
* Uploaded Pod and other traffic receipt
* Invoicing files & Prepare billing packages
* Other clerical functions (such as printing and scanning documents)

Requirements

* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, Associates degree or higher is preferred
* Exceptional customer-service skills and effective communication both verbal and written
* A minimum of 1-2 years of clerical experience in a professional office environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
* Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
* Must be computer or technically savvy, and have basic computer skills & understanding of Microsoft Office
* Must be proactive, have a strong work ethic and go-getter and flexible attitude
* Ability to be a team player, as well as work independently
