Flexo Press Operator (Relocation Help Offered)

Job description

Growing label company is looking for a highly motivated, career focused, printing Press Operator. As a flexographic operator you will be responsible for performing complex Die-cut jobs, including "make-ready" for each job, working from copy card specifications, cylinders, anilox's and die station on narrow web Mark Andy P5 series press. Additionally, you will be responsible to perform routine machine maintenance, maintain quality standards, facilitating quick turn times and achieving production goals.

Qualified candidates will possess:

3-5 years flexographic printing press experience preferred

Strong emphasis on quality

Good mechanical ability

Superior trouble shooting skills

Quick learning aptitude

Strong math skills (measurements, percentages, figure footage, etc.)

Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.

Schedule:

2nd Shift Schedule: 4 days, 10 hour shift - 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM; Fridays/Saturdays overtime.
