Job description

Financial Planning and Analysis Support budget and forecasting process - including variance analysis, expense management initiatives and investment opportunities.
Financial Planning and Analysis Produce monthly variance analysis comparing actuals vs budget, forecast and prior year; identify issues and opportunities. Review and analyze the full Management P&L and Free Cashflow of the region.
Financial Planning and Analysis Support in the preparation of monthly financial reports and presentations
Financial Planning and Analysis Support the organization with finance topics including purchasing, spending reports, etc.
Pricing and Contracting Support pricing and customer contracting monthly and ad hoc reporting
Pricing and Contracting Process rebates, chargebacks, and other payments
Financial Reporting Assist with month-end close procedures, including preparing monthly journal entries, assisting in preparation of monthly management reporting and financial statements, ensuring compliance to corporate reporting timelines
Financial Reporting Support financial audits
Other duties as assigned
