Seasonal Document Scanner

Dean Dorton, one of the largest and most acclaimed certified public accounting and business advisory firms in the Southeast, has an opportunity for a Seasonal Document Scanner in our Raleigh, NC office. This role performs important seasonal administrative functions for our firm during busy season. This includes:

• Scanning and conducting quality control review of client documents utilizing Dean Dorton's document management system(s).
• Accurately updating the status of projects as items are received, in process and completed.
• Assisting with additional administrative projects as needed, such as backup support for the front desk and firm errands/deliveries.

Dean Dorton is seeking applicants who have experience in an administrative support role, including experience with Microsoft Office and use of organizational skills. Candidates will catch our immediate attention if they have experience working in a professional service setting that works with deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding atmosphere. Since this position provides backup support to firm errands/deliveries, candidates must have a clean driving record, current insurance coverage, and access to reliable transportation.

Individuals with high attention to detail who are task-oriented, have a strong sense of organization, and also have a passion for assisting clients, both external and internal, will thrive in this environment. This is a full-time position (40/+ hours per week), which starts in December 2021 and runs through April 15, 2022. We are seeking individuals who can commit to working full-time through April 15, 2022.
