We are currently accepting applications for a Full Time Veterinary Client Service Representative Manager to lead our CSR team. We are a primary care practice dedicated to providing our clients and patients with the best quality veterinary care. We have a well established hospital and a fabulous clientele who appreciate our high quality medicine delivered with compassion. We aim to provide a friendly, fulfilling, and fun work environment. Responsibilities include a positive attitude and a welcoming smile, an ability to handle multiple problems simultaneously with grace, an attention to detail in medical records-keeping, and the ability to make each of our clients feel like family. A sense of pride in work and personal responsibility is a must. Loyalty to your team and compassion for both animals and humans is a must. Experience as a leader is required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing CSR schedules to maintain adequate staffing needs
• Organizing and conducting regular training for team
• Assist in maintaining excellent flow of communication among team, technicians and doctors
• Client education and preventative care
• Use of Cornerstone computer system would be beneficial
• Accounts receivable
• Gather patient history/information; educate clients on annual care
• Schedule daily appointments, organize next day procedures
• Ensure comfort of clients and patients during wait times
• Great memory for client and patient names, ability to greet them by name
• Strong relationship building and bonding skills, both face-to-face and over phone
• Ability to incorporate changes as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
We are currently seeing patients both curbside and in-clinic. All employees and clients must wear a mask upon entering the building. Gloves and gowns are provided if wanted.

Experience:

• Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
