Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a Scientific Operations Manager with a testing lab company in the Cincinnati area.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manages operational activities at various customer sites while maintaining a budget
• Established and implements productivity goals and metrics
• Inspires and motivates employees to exceed customer expectations
• Provides ongoing performance feedback, coaching, training, evaluations, and development
• Acts as Customer liaison to make sure they have the appropriate resources and personnel
• Communicates directly with Account Management team
• Supports laboratory teams to implement corrective actions

You are a great fit if you meet the following qualifications:

• Must have Life or Physical Science degree and/or Laboratory experience
• 4-5+ years of Lab Operations management experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop front-line supervisors
• Must have GMP Industry experience
• Highly organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Above average communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to creatively problem-solve and offer process improvements
• Customer-first attitude
