Daily Responsibilities:

Implementing prepared lesson plans.
Meeting the individual's needs of the children
Parent communication and relationships
Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level.
Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills.
Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
Building teamwork.
Using assessment tools to guide individual instruction and adapt to children's individual needs.
Committing to continuing education.
Teachers are responsible for ensuring compliance with Primrose's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards. Primrose Teachers create a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning!

Masks required for parents and staff in common areas. Disposable and reusable masks provided for staff

Limit one parent at drop off / pick up. Parents prohibited from entering classrooms
Daily temperature checks and daily questionnaire required for all staff and children
Sanitation team for multiple day-time disinfection protocols overseen by the school operations manager
Commercial cleaning & disinfection nightly
Strict social distancing rules in common areas
Touch-less check-in procedures
