We are seeking a full-time Licensed Architect to join the Architecture Division as a Senior Project Manager in our Canton, OH office. The selected candidate will become part of a team that provides design and consulting services to both public and private clientele.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about the field of architecture and is seeking an opportunity to grow a team of professionals. Interested candidates must demonstrate their ability to provide leadership and inspire team members. This position will work hand-in-hand with other individuals in the multi-disciplinary work environment, as well as other office locations.

As a Licensed Architect at Thrasher, the ideal candidate will;

  • Have experience in Municipal, K-12, multi-family, or healthcare design
  • Manage and grow a team of design professionals
  • Posses the ability to pursue business development opportunities to secure new clients and future work
  • Work collaboratively, in a multi-disciplinary work environment
  • Demonstrate good communication, both orally and in written documentation

Qualifications include;
  • NCARB registered architect
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience
  • Experience with Revit Software is a plus
  • Familiarity with local codes and authorities having jurisdiction is preferred
