The trak group is a local recruiting firm specializing in professional office positions. We are currently hiring a Business Development Representative to join our growing team!

Expectations:
  • Develop a formal plan and aggressively prospect, evaluate and identify the best office professional opportunities
  • Identify and grow relationships with area companies regarding their staffing needs
  • Partner with internal Account Managers and Recruiters to deliver a high-quality service to clients
  • Engage partners and direct client decision makers at all levels
  • Plan, prepare and execute meetings with prospects and clients
  • Identify and develop a strong understanding of client' s core objectives and challenges
  • Accurately forecast revenue growth

Is this you?
  • 3+ years' experience in B2B sales
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to initiate conversations over the phone with prospective clients - aka " Cold Calling"
  • Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and the ability to sell based on value - not price
  • Understanding of audience profiles, online ad targeting, and campaign optimization
  • Proven communication, presentation and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling
  • In-depth knowledge and contacts with top companies
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and pricing models
  • Excellent understanding buying and planning
  • Strong knowledge of metrics and analysis
