What is an International Recruiter?
Source, qualify and contract foreign educated healthcare professionals for Passport USA's various programs who will be assigned at PassportUSA's client healthcare facilities across the USA.
What can I expect in this role?A. Candidate Sourcing
- Collaborate with Company marketing personnel to generate prospective candidates and additional sources of candidate referrals:
- Search Internet databases for qualified candidates and potential sources of referrals
- Communicate in discussion forums and chat rooms
- Strong use of social media platforms such as FaceBook to share knowledge, attract candidates, promote brand and obtain leads
- Assist the Marketing department with different candidate personalized email campaigns
- Network with placement offices of strategic referral sources including associations, immigrant health professional networks, local college and technical schools. Promote the Company's programs as an alternative employer and visa sponsor
- Participate in job fairs and conferences with a goal of recruiting candidates and developing a robust database of candidates for future referrals
- Receive and respond to incoming international candidate inquiries from advertising campaigns and website applications
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of each of PassportUSA's programs and which candidates would qualify for each. As well as the contracts associated with each program
- Maintain and utilize knowledge of candidate's culture depending on what part of the world they are from in order to know how to communicate with them and build trust
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the Immigration Process for the visas PassportUSA files for each profession
- Maintain a working knowledge of exams and credentials that are required for a candidate to be qualified for the PassportUSA program
- Maintain a working knowledge of the skills and relevant experience the candidates must have to work as a healthcare professional in the USA
- Meet goals for daily cold calls in order to connect with candidates in order to reach contract goals
- Phone screen / Interview and qualify potential applicants and educate them about the Company's programs and opportunities
- Assess the "fit" of applicants for specific job opportunities and PassportUSA Programs based on candidate's country of origin for immigration purposes, their credentials and their relevant work experience
- Build trust and "sell" them the opportunity. Send qualified candidates' contracts and aggressively follow up with candidates to close
- Maintain a working knowledge of PassportUSA's required credentials for each foreign educated candidate to start working as a US Healthcare Professional in order to field questions and qualify candidates effectively
- Collect all relevant details for each candidate and enter details into candidate tracking system
- Collect executed contract, resume and any other required documents from qualified candidates in order to start the next stage of their processing for the PassportUSA program
Who is the right person for this role?
- 4 Year degree and/or possess relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in technology skills, including Microsoft Word and various social media platforms such as Facebook
- 2+ years of previous healthcare staffing / sales / account management, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with social media
- Team based and process improvement mindset
- Travel required - international travel 5-10 % estimated annually
- Must be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work under the high pressure of having goals/metrics to reach
- Must be organized and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks
- Must demonstrate ability to work well and effectively with others
- Must be process oriented
