Location: 4629 Aicholtz Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45244

Required Degree: Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy

Required License: LSW, LPC, MFT

Preferred License: LISW, LPCC, IMFT / CDCA

*SUD credential and experience preferred

Schedule: Part time / Pieceworker - hours flexible

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Provides services in the outpatient offices.

Provide individual and group treatment services for youth, families and adults.

Completes diagnostic assessments, Individual Treatment Plans, and risk assessments.
