We are currently seeking a highly motivated and sales oriented person to join our Management team!

Our Community Managers provide an unparalleled customer service experience to all who enter our community. As the contact for prospects and residents, our managers are friendly and professional individuals who greet, assist, and lease to our customers. This is accomplished through excellent customer service skills, a professional appearance, and a positive, energetic attitude. Some responsibilities include:
  • Taking prospective residents on tours of the community and securing a lease
  • Processing paperwork for application process
  • Utilizing Guest Cards and other company forms appropriately
  • Retaining knowledge of company policies and able to effectively put them into practice
  • Following up on traffic leads and setting up appointments for tours
  • Perform administrative duties, such as filing, answering phones, rent collection, marketing advertisements and others as assigned. Responsible for proper maintenance of resident and property files.
  • Directing maintenance personal and leasing staff on site
  • Meeting and exceeding goals for occupancy
  • Meeting proper deadlines and appropriate completion of various reports
  • Working under supervision of Operations Manager to ensure property is functioning most effectively on all levels

Individual will also have skills such as:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to efficiently use office equipment and software
  • Possess great attention to detail
  • Ability to use sales and closing techniques to maintain high closing ratio for new leases and renewals.

Individuals must meet following requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation
  • No Felonies
  • Able to work weekends

Salary: $24,000-$40,000 plus bonuses and commission
