Job Summary:
We are seeking a key director to support the Medpace Site Contracts team in the US. This position will be an integral part of the Medpace clinical operations management team.
Incenvites can include: competitive bonus program, sign-on/relocation bonus, and equity awards.
Responsibilities :
This role will be responsible for the strategic development of the group, management of the team, and continuous improvement of processes. As a leader of the Site Contracts team, you will be responsible for providing input on new business development opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing guidance and support to those negotiating site contracts and budgets. A general understanding of study start-up and how the role of site contracts is integrated with other clinical operations functions is strongly preferred.
Qualifications :
BA/BS degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Life Sciences, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree preferred
High level of contract management experience with strong knowledge of legal and contracting parameters
Experience in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
Excellent presentation, negotiation, documentation, and leadership skills, as well as strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills
Excellent written/oral communication and organization skills
Customer focus with ability to manage challenging priorities and remain flexible and adaptive in stressful situations
Experience managing a group
Travel: Minimal
